Check-In
Check-in is at 3 PM for Main Inn accommodations and 4 PM for Townhouses. Early check-in requests are determined upon arrival. Should you arrive prior to your designated check-in time, please stop by the front desk. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Checkout
Checkout for all resort accommodations is 11 AM and does not have to be completed in person. Guests with a remaining balance of $0 will be automatically checked-out. If you have a remaining balance, the credit card on file will be charged. If an alternate payment method if preferred, please reach out to the Front Desk.
Final folio statements will be emailed to each guest after departure.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping services are available upon request. Requests must be submitted 24-hours prior to service date.
Extra coffee, towels, linens and toiletries are available at any time. Items will be delivered bagged and placed outside your door.

– Exercise classes are available. Please see our schedule.
– The lower area of the Sports Club is currently closed. This includes the game room, locker rooms, sauna and steam rooms. During this time, in-house guests and club members may use the changing areas at the spa.

Unfortunately, the main facilities of the Spa at Stoweflake will be closed until further notice due to mechanical issues. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
While we work to resolve these issues, we invite you to book a spa treatment or service in one of our brand new treatment rooms at the Sports & Wellness Center! Our talented therapists are ready to deliver the top-notch service that makes The Spa at Stoweflake a relaxing destination for locals and visitors year after year.
