Responsible for the daily cleaning of guest rooms, primarily town homes.
Assists Executive Housekeeper with the operation of the total Housekeeping/Laundry department (with emphasis on the townhouse units) to include all compliance with all Stoweflake operating standards for quality of product, service, staffing and sanitation of all interior property, with accountability for meeting profit goals & budgets. Assist Executive Housekeeper to work with all departmental personnel to achieve budgeted cost goals including labor, purchasing etc. while achieving stated physical product and service quality levels.

PT AM Host
This position is a vital element to the success of the Restaurant. The ability to satisfy customer wishes and maintain guidelines set by Management influences repeat business. Duties include: greeting guests, escorting them to tables, and providing menus. Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services for diners. Coordinate activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service to patrons. Bring to Manager/Supervisor attention and work with Manager/Supervisor on complaint resolution.
Provide banquet food and beverage service, in a AAA 4-diamond manner, to conference attendees. Assist the Banquet Director with food and beverage set up. Must be able to lift 30+ pounds. All shifts, weekends and holidays may be required
Takes orders from customers or Bar Waiter/Waitress. Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Serves wine and draught or bottled beer. Have full knowledge of and fully comply with the state liquor laws. Each bartender is responsible for the setup/breakdown, maintenance and cleanliness of the bar before, during and after shift. Responsible for proper reconciliation of documentation.
Spa/Sport Desk Representative
This position includes the following tasks and skills but is not limited to the following description: Conduct tours of the spa facilities for hotel and outside guests. Receives incoming telephone calls promptly and politely, practicing proper phone etiquette. Be fully familiar with and knowledgeable about all spa services, treatments, and sports services. Books spa and salon services in an efficient and timely manner. Assists guests and members with the purchase of memberships, day fees, rentals, class fees.
