THE AQUA SOLARIUM
Enter the Aqua Solarium through a rock cave pathway. Follow the thundering sound of rushing water to our Bingham Hydrotherapy Waterfalls and Hungarian Mineral Soaking Pool. Our cascading waterfalls are inspired by Stowe’s famous Bingham Waterfalls.
Light streams in through the windows, which offer spectacular views of Mt. Mansfield. Feeling achy and sore? Take a soak in the European-style mineral pool (with mineral salts from Hungary!) and feel your stress and tension wash away.
THE SANCTUARY LOUNGE
Bask in the warm glow of a crackling fire, and sip a refreshing drink from the complimentary juice, fruit and tea bar in the men’s and women’s private lounges as you clear your mind and relax.
THE MEDITATIVE GARDEN
Hear the soothing sounds of the aqua solarium in our 10,000 square-foot meditation garden. Inspired by Vermont’s pristine rivers and natural streams, the ten-foot, hand crafted stone water sculpture evokes the idea of “well-being through water.” It’s an ideal spot to meditate or simply enjoy some self-reflection.
Our serene outdoor sanctuary has a classical, 4,000-square-foot Labyrinth with seven circuits leading to the center. Following the pathway is considered a form of walking meditation that promotes tranquility, well-being and balance. Designed by Dr. Patrick MacManaway, a well-known geomancer from Scotland, the Labyrinth draws upon the practice of geomancy and identifying subtle energies in the earth that are believed to directly affect health and well-being.

Secluded and private, our women’s sunning deck is easily accessible from the women’s private sanctuary lounge so you can relax in peace, without any interruptions or disruptions.
