The safety and comfort of our guests and staff is and has always been a top priority. Our daily operations will look different for a while, but we promise our commitment to providing you with exceptional service and memorable experiences has not changed.

Our resort will be open to the full extent that is allowed by our state officials. We are following the recommendations and highest level of standards and guidelines set by the State of Vermont, Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the American Hospitality and Lodging Association (AHLA). This is changing regularly and we will continue to adjust operations as allowed.

Our Team Members:

  • Every employee has completed VOSHA training for methods of protection from Covid-19 within the work place.
  • At the beginning of every shift, each employee is given a health screening that includes a temperature reading and completion of a health questionnaire.
  • Every employee is equipped with protective gear such as masks to wear throughout the resort and has access to hand washing and hand sanitizer stations.
  • On staff Health Officers are assigned to every shift within every department to ensure the competition of frequent cleaning and sanitation.

During Your Stoweflake Stay:

  • Please wear face masks while within the resort and in the presence of others.
  • Practice social distancing by remaining 6 ft. apart from those not within your party and our staff.
  • A transparent shield has been installed at the front desk to promote physical distancing per AHLA recommendations and Vermont state guidelines.
  • Bell Service is currently suspended, but luggage carts are available and sanitized after each use.
  • Public spaces and all high touch areas are cleaned and disinfected multiple times a day in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Your Accommodations:

  • Rooms are cleaned and sanitized using CDC compliant products and UV technology with additional focus on high touch items such as door knobs, remotes, ect.
  • All linens have been washed and placed following CDC protocols.
  • Non-essential high touch items such as magazines and TV guides have been removed.
  • Housekeeping will not enter your room during your stay. However, upon your requests housekeeping services are available.

Charlie B’s Pub and Restaurant:

  • Dining is available by reservation (802-760-1096 or 802-253-7355).
  • Seating has been spaced out to adhere to CDC and Vermont State guidelines.
  • Guests are asked to wear face masks upon entering and practice social distancing.
  • Transparent shields have been installed around the bar to promote physical distancing per AHLA and Vermont State guidelines.
  • Occupancy limits are in effect.
  • Front and back-of-house team members will be using protective gear such as masks and gloves.

The Spa at Stoweflake:

  • Guests are asked to wear face masks upon entering and practice social distancing.
  • Sanctuary seating has been rearranged and spaced out to adhere to CDC and Vermont State guidelines.
  • A Spa attendant is in place to frequently clean and sanitize the common areas.
  • Treatment rooms are cleaned and sanitized using CDC compliant products and UV technology.
  • Team members throughout the spa are using protective gear such as masks and gloves.
  • Occupancy limits are in effect.

Sports and Wellness Center:

  • Guests are asked to wear face masks while within the Sports Club and gym.
  • Hands must be sanitized upon entering.
  • Equipment has been spaced out to adhere to CDC and Vermont State guidelines.
  • Personal golf and tennis equipment must be used as rentals are not available.
  • Attendant in place to clean and sanitize equipment after each use and common areas.
  • Team member throughout the Sports Club are using protective gear such as masks and gloves.
