Charlie B's Pub & Restaurant, one of Stowe's most popular eateries and the perfect place to enjoy tasty Vermont Fresh fare in a welcoming, festive atmosphere. In winter, sit beside a crackling fire and enjoy live entertainment ~ and in summer, dining al fresco on the deck. 

Our Poolside Spa Cafe features a selection of delicious spa cuisine May-September.

Executive Chef Christoph Wingensiefen

Chef Wingensiefen boasts over 25 years in hospitality. Formerly, he was chef instructor at the renowned New England Culinary Institute, and has performed his skills at many fine establishments throughout Germany and the U.S. They have included the Five-Star, Five-Diamond Ritz-Carlton, Golfclub Schloss Luedersburg and the Homestead Golf & Ski Resort ~ and now Stoweflake!

Experience the finest dining in Stowe without ever leaving the resort! Enjoy mouth watering cuisine prepared in our two award-winning restaurants, the AAA Four Diamond Winfield's Bistro, and the fun festive Charlie B's Pub & Restaurant.

The plan includes breakfast and dinner daily, beginning with dinner on your arrival date and ending with breakfast on the day of your departure. If you are staying three or more nights, our dine-out option offers a chance to try a variety of participating restaurants in town.

Adults $60/day. Children 12 and under $30/day.
