The dining experience at the Stoweflake is second to none. This is not hyperbole; it's the opinion of AAA, which awarded Winfield's Bistro its coveted Four-Diamond Award for culinary excellence, outstanding ambiance and exemplary service. Winfield's is the only restaurant in Stowe selected for this prestigious award. Winfield's specializes in innovative meals that reflect our chef's penchant for the fresh, seasonal ingredients served in tantalizing flavorful combinations.

Then there is the Award of Excellence bestowed upon the Stoweflake by Wine Spectator for nine consecutive years for the variety and exceptional quality of its wine cellar. Adjacent to Winfield's Bistro is Charlie B's Pub & Restaurant, one of Stowe's most popular eateries and the perfect place to enjoy tasty pub fare in a welcoming, festive atmosphere. In winter, sit beside a crackling fire and in summer enjoy dining al fresco on the deck. Charlie B's serves 50 wines by the glass and a large selection of draft and bottled beers. Salut!

Dining Plan

Experience the finest dining in Stowe without ever leaving the resort! Enjoy mouth watering cuisine prepared in our two award-winning restaurants, the AAA Four Diamond Winfield's Bistro, and the fun festive Charlie B's Pub & Restaurant.

The plan includes breakfast and dinner daily, beginning with dinner on your arrival date and ending with breakfast on the day of your departure. If you are staying three or more nights, our Dine-Out option offers a chance to try a variety of participating restaurants in town.

Adults $60/day. Children 12 and under $30/day.
