The Stoweflake Balloon Festival, held annually in our events field, is an area favorite followed by the well-known British Invasion and Winter Carnival. February 2013. The Main Event Series is New England's top progressive freestyle snow boarding competition! In its seventh season, the series has qualifiers around New England and then the Finals will be at Stowe. Riders have the chance to compete their way from their local mountain to the Burton U.S. Open.

July 12-14, 2013. More than 25 hot-air balloons will soar through the sky during Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa's 27th Hot Air Balloon Festival. August 9-11, 2013. 800 antique & classic cars are on display. Some of the highlights include a giant automotive Flea Market, a car corral, and the antique car parade through town. Stowe has hosted the Antique and Classic Car Meet for more than 50 years, and there’s a reason why thousands of classic car aficionados return year after year
September 20-22, 2013. The British Invasion will be held at Stoweflake! This Four Day Celebration and Salutation to the Great British Motorcar and all manner of other things British. Any car enthusiast should plan to be here. Over 600 British-made automobiles fill the streets of the Stowe area.
October 5 & 6, 2013. The 17th Annual Oktoberfest transforms Stowe's Event Field into a Bavarian village for this annual celebration of harvests and fall foliage. From Oompah bands and authentic German foods to freshly brewed Vermont beers and face painting for the kids - there's something for every "villager" - young and old. October 11-13, 2013. Stowe Foliage Arts Festival will take place at Stowe's Event Field where 150 great talented artists, creative craftspeople, and unique specialty food makers will gather amidst the apex of fall foliage in the quintessential Vermont town. Besides the creative shopping, you can also experience craft demos, live entertainment, horse rides, hay wagon rides, and pumpkin carving!
