Cavanagh had two sets of tips for us: How to Deal with Anxiety and How to Increase Sexual Vitality. We're all ears!

Tips for Dealing with Anxiety

Says Cavanagh, “According to the National Institute of Health, approximately 40 million American adults ages 18 and older have an anxiety disorder. If you’re suffering from this illness, it may be reassuring to know you’re not alone; however, finding a glimmer of relief from daily anxiety can be even more helpful.”

Her suggestion, “Create a daily routine; our bodies and minds like routine.”

Tips on Increasing Sexual Vitality

“We tend to believe that our bodies and minds are separate from each other in western culture,” she begins. “In the Ancient Eastern practices of yoga and Ayurveda, we appreciate that we’re one whole being – mind, body and spirit are one.”

Cavanagh’s approach, “I like to think of true mindfulness as the entire body is full of the mind. When the mind has a pause from thought to be fully present in the body, a true peace and pure love can shine through. When we’re truly present, we can fully respond to the sweetness our partners touch and the energy of our sexual vitality.”
