Two-Day Ayurvedic Lifestyle Immersion Retreat

Ayurveda is the ancient Indian science of life and wellness. It establishes an understanding of your individual body type, and its current imbalances, which can cause skin problems, weight gain, sleep issues, digestive complaints, joint pain and more. Ayurveda focuses on the root of the problem and solutions that will regain balance — allowing the body to heal itself.

The retreat’s host, Stoweflake’s Spa Director Surinda Oberai Cavanagh, is reknowned in New England for helping many transform their lives through her work at Stoweflake as a Kripalu Certified Ayurvedic Consultant and Ayurvedic Bodyworker.

Starting on a Thursday evening and concluding at lunch on Saturday, The Ayurvedic Two-Day Retreat includes:

• Private consultation* - Your consultation will begin with a complete evaluation of your personal history, current diet and lifestyle, followed by a pulse assessment and tongue examination. Your consultant will then determine your body/mind type or constitution (prakruti), and discuss your imbalances. The session is concluded with recommendations for diet and lifestyle changes, giving you the confidence and insight to achieve better health and wellness.
• Yoga Sessions - Gentle yoga practice for all levels of experience.
• Guided Meditation - Practice a variety of breathing techniques that deepen your state of transcendence.
• Ayurvedic Cooking Class - Hands on cooking demonstration that will teach participants how to prepare a complete Ayurvedic meal.
• Follow up Consultation - At the end of the retreat, your consultant will discuss individual goals with you for continuing an Ayurvedic lifestyle at home.

The retreat programming is $530.00 per person

*$965.00 with Consultation and 80 minute treatment per person. Luxury rooms available at an additional charge. Stoweflake spa requires a minimum of two people to book this retreat package.
