A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking, fully refundable if cancellation is received 14 days or more in advance of scheduled arrival.
Cancellations received between 3 and 14 days prior to scheduled arrival, deposit will be retained as credit toward a future overnight stay, to be used within 1 year.
Cancellations received within 3 days of scheduled arrival, deposit is forfeited.
Deposit is forfeited if party arrives after check-in date or departs before final day of the confirmed reservation.
Christmas/New Year's Holiday Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be received by November 15, 2012 in order to receive a deposit refund. Effective for stays between December 25, 2012 - January 2, 2013. There will be a $75 fee for all Holiday cancellations.
Presidents' Holiday, Martin Luther King Day and Columbus Day weekend Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival in order to receive a deposit refund. Effective for stays between January 18 - 20, 2013, February 15 - 23, 2013. There will be a $75 fee for all Presidents’ Week cancellations.
