Non-Holiday Deposits and Cancellations
A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking, fully refundable if cancellation is received 14 days or more in advance of scheduled arrival. Deposits are non-refundable on Early Booking Bonus Specials or Group Bookings at time of reservation.
Cancellations received between 3 and 14 days prior to scheduled arrival, deposit will be retained as credit toward a future overnight stay, to be used within 6 months.
Cancellations received within 3 days of scheduled arrival, deposit is forfeited.
Deposit is forfeited if party arrives after check-in date or departs before final day of the confirmed reservation.
Christmas/New Year's Holiday Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be received by November 15, 2015 in order to receive a deposit refund. Effective for stays between December 25, 2015 - January 2, 2016. There will be a $75 fee for all Holiday cancellations. After November 15th the deposits are forfeited if the reservations are canceled and the guest is responsible to pay for all nights booked.
Cancellation must be received by January 15, 2016 for President’s Week in order to receive a deposit refund for President’s Holiday Week. After January 15th, the deposits are forfeited if the reservations are canceled and the guest is responsible to pay for all nights booked. Effective stays between February 12- 20, 2016. There will be a $75 fee for all Presidents’ Week cancellations.
Additional Policies & Guidelines
Children 12 and under stay free in the same guestroom with a paying adult. A fee of $20 per person, per day for age 13 and over applies. Special policies apply during holiday periods.
Stoweflake accommodations are non-smoking. Guests who choose to disregard the non-smoking policy will incur a $250.00 charge. There are outside designated smoking areas throughout the property.
Arrival for guestrooms is guaranteed after 3:00 p.m., townhouses after 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Luggage storage is available if you wish to remain in Stowe or on Stoweflake property on your day of departure.
Gratuity (for packages only) and taxes are not included in rates. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice. Packages can be customized for shorter or longer length syays, as well as in our townhouse units. To determine the exact cost of your package, please call us at 800.253.2232.

We recommend that you schedule your spa and salon appointments at least one week in advance. We require a major credit card or a resort confirmation number and telephone number to confirm your appointment. Reservations are subject to availability.
For your convenience, an 18% gratuity charge will be automatically added to all spa and salon services. Additional gratuity is at your discretion.
CANCELLATIONWe ask that you notify the Spa at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment(s). 50% of the value of your service will be charged for cancellation with less than 24 hours notice. No-show appointments will be charged the full value of the service.
Use of the Spa is restricted to guests 16 years of age and older. Guests under the age of 16 are welcome in the indoor and outdoor pool areas only and must be accompanied by an adult.
Access to the Spa is complimentary with any Day Package or available at no charge for one hour before and after spa appointments, excluding salon appointments. Access to the Spa is available for resort guests for a daily fee of $20. The daily fee for non-resort guests is $40. Daily access is available Sunday through Friday and is based on availability.
Access to the Sports & Wellness Center is complimentary for resort guests. The daily fee for non-resort guests is $20. (Memberships are also available.)
