Stoweflake offers a variety of room sizes and styles, with 120 guest rooms and suites and 58 meadows and townhouses. All feature a comfortable sitting area, private bath, television, telephones with data port (some rooms offer high speed data) and in-room coffee service. Most rooms include wet bar, refrigerator, fireplace or Jacuzzi and multi-line phones.
Stoweflake’s 23 spa guestrooms are located on the first floor of the new West Wing and offer a bedding of two queens with fireplace. Guestrooms located on the second floor offer a bedding choice of one king or two queens with fireplace. King-bedded rooms include a Jacuzzi bathtub.

The queen-bedded Stoweflake Wellness Room features advanced sleep technologies designed around the physiology of sleep. The wellness room utilizes magnetic fields with materials in the mattress, comforter, pillows, water and shower systems to increase the total balance and wellness of the guest. Other technologies include a mountain/forest quality air filtration and the purest and healthiest water for drinking and showering. Also available for purchase are deep-sea mineral skin therapy, personal filtered water bottles and sleep masks for your wellness experience.

Stoweflake’s 17 one-bedroom meadows feature one queen size bed, full bath with two person Jacuzzi tub, kitchenette area with refrigerator, in-room coffee service, microwave and sink, living room with a fireplace, dining area, drive up parking and patio.
Two-bedroom Meadows - maximum occupancy six people
Stoweflake’s 17 two-bedroom meadows feature one king-bedded room with fireplace, one room with two queen beds, and 2-3/4 baths (one with two person Jacuzzi tub). Two-bedroom meadows also include a kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room, laundry, ski lockers, and a private deck with spectacular views of the mountains and/or private pond.

Celebrate the seasons with the Chefs of Stoweflake’s “Spa Cuisine.” Our Chefs celebrate each exciting season of the Green Mountains by harvesting the purest, freshest Vermont produce available to maximize flavor and nutritional value. Their approach to cuisine preparation is to allow the natural, fresh flavors to enliven the wonderfully creative, healthfully prepared dishes, present them in an exciting innovative fashion and serve portions in moderation. Meditative Spa Garden
A 10,000-square-foot meditative spa garden where guests can relax and enjoy the sounds of the Solacium per Aqua water sculpture or can meander through the Labyrinth pathway.
Solacium per Aqua Water Sculpture “Comfort through Water”
The Latin word “Solacium” translates to “solace” in English, which means “comfort”. “Per Aqua” means “well-being through water.” This ten-foot hand-crafted stone water = sculpture, inspired by Vermont’s pristine river brooks and natural streams and created by sculptor Chris Curtis, is designed to relax guests as they sit on its carefully sculpted and smoothed edges.
A 4,000 square-foot, seven-circuit, classical labyrinth designed by famed Geomancer Dr. Patrick MacManaway of Scotland, is available for guests to meander its path as a serene and relaxing outdoor sanctuary for personal reflection. The garden features regional flowers and herbs that are used in select Stoweflake Signature Treatments and Spa Cuisine (Geomancy is the practice of identifying subtle energies, or 'earth radiations' that directly affect our health and well-being. It involves identifying those energies that are disruptive to an individual’s life and balancing them.)

Build Your Own Body Treatment, 80 minutes
Spa at Stoweflake clients are in control as they choose their preferred exfoliant, followed by a corresponding aromatherapy body butter to wrap and hydrate skin. Full body massage completes the treatment with body butter selection. Sugar scrubs include chocolate, ginger snap and lavender geranium; salt scrubs include ylang-ylang orange, grapefruit yuzu, and spruce cedarwood; and body butters include chocolate, bergamot lime, vanilla citrus, grapefruit yuzu, lavender and rosewood benzoin.
Vermont Maple Sugar Body Polish, 80 minutes
This popular treatment indulges with genuine Vermont maple sugar, leaving the skin feeling soft and smooth. Hot towel compressions, a full body maple scrub and a moisturizing massage with body butter tops off this decadent experience.
Green Mountain Herbal Mud Wrap, 80 minutes
Locally mixed clay with organic lavender and chamomile herbs will detoxify and nourish the skin. The experience is completed with a calming essential oil massage.
Stowe Après Ski Massage, 50 minutes/80 minutes
After a day on the slopes, this soothing massage and heat therapy relax and melt away tension in the back, while warm, moist towels, wrapped around the hands and feet help to get the blood circulating to the extremities.

The Sports & Wellness Center features state-of-the-art fitness studios, private training sessions and 50 group fitness classes weekly. The facility includes a Cybex Fitness Center, Women’s Fitness Room, Spinning Studio™, Yoga Studio, outdoor jacuzzi, stretching room, racquetball and squash courts, indoor and outdoor pools, women’s and men’s locker rooms, tennis courts, equipment rentals, and groomed cross-country and snowshoe trails.
Hot Air Ballooning:
Chuck Baraw, Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa's president, and his brother, Stu Baraw, managing partner, are both licensed hot air balloon pilots. The Stoweflake's balloon, Spirit of Stoweflake, is flown at numerous Vermont hot air balloon festivals and is available for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, reunions and other special occasions. Each July, Stoweflake hosts New England most popular hot air balloon festival.
Conveniently located adjacent to the spectacular Stowe Country Club, Stoweflake offers golfers the best of both worlds – fabulous on-site golf amenities and ready access to one of New England’s premier 18-hole championship courses. Stoweflake features an on-site golf practice facility, including a nine hole executive par-three course, practice green and range.
Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa offers the Vermont Golf Academy for all levels of play. Classes run May through September (weather permitting).

Conferences & Meetings:
The Conference Center at Stoweflake is the largest IACC-certified resort and conference center in Vermont and the first property in Vermont to continuously receive Successful Meetings magazine’s coveted Pinnacle Award. The state-of-the-art conference center features 19 flexible meeting and function rooms and totals more than 22,000 square feet. The conference center can accommodate groups up to 400, and is serviced by two banquet kitchens, a 1,000-square-foot Executive Boardroom, a 4,500-square-foot Pinnacle Room and the 2,600-square-foot Stowe Room.
