FOOD & BEVERAGE

• Food & Beverage Director/Executive Chef -- Responsible for all aspects of managing the FB Team with a strong Executve Chef role, ensuring quality preparation of all menu items, proper handling of all food items in accordance with resort policy and health regulations. Manages purchasing and receiving. Develop menus with coordination from the Food & Beverage Team. Maintain budgets including approved food and labor costs. Requires strong human resource and administrative skills.
  
• Lunch Waitstaff -- Provide food and beverage service to resort, conference and leisure guests.
• Line Cook (am/pm) -- Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials.
• On-Call Banquet Staff -- Provide banquet food and beverage service, in a AAA 4-diamond manner, to conference attendees. Assist the Banquet Director with food and beverage set up.
• Banquet Captain -- Oversee the operations of conference food and beverage events.

GUEST SERVICES

• Reservationist -- Sell leisure guest accommodations and packages for the Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa.
• Bellperson -- Serving as official greeter of guests/visitors; serving as official escort of guests/visitors throughout areas of the property and luggage handling.
• Guest Services Representative -- Ensuring 100% satisfaction from the moment a guest arrives at the hotel until they check out. Anticipate a guest's needs before they even know what they want. Assist guests with all aspects of their stay.

SPA, SPORTS & WELLNESS CENTER

• Women/Men Sanctuary Attendant -- Oversee the operation of the women’s sanctuary area.
• Spa Desk Associate -- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Spa, Sports & Wellness Center and resort programs and services, and be able to explain them to guests.
• Cosmetologist/Nail Tech -- Perform hair, manicure, pedicure, make up and waxing services. Current license in cosmetology/esthetics.
• Massage Therapist -- Perform body treatment services. Nationally Certified.
