Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper -- Appropriate candidate will need to be able to apply bookkeeping principles and practices in the maintenance of financial records. Perform daily cash out and run weekly reporting to submit to managers as needed. Will help accounting team maintain all aspects of the Accounts payable process. Will be asked to do daily run to the bank & post office. Will need to have the ability to drive other places as needed with prior approval of Accounting Manager or General Manager. Daily/Weekly/Monthly items and projects will be asked to be completed for the General Manager. Cross training will be done in order to have backup support for some Payroll/HR including employment applications and reports. Flexible schedule but weekends and holidays required
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Waitstaff (All shifts)-- Provide food and beverage service to resort, conference and leisure guests.
Line Cook (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) -- Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials.
Banquet On-Call Staff -- Provide banquet food and beverage service, in a AAA 4-diamond manner, to conference attendees. Assist the Banquet Director with food and beverage set up.
Host/Hostess -- Greet guests and escort them to their table and provide menus. Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services for diners.
Food Runner -- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and assisting server with tasks in an efficient and professional manner using standards and procedures as set by the Stoweflake training manual.
Bartenders -- Provide bar service at Charlie B's Pub
Reservationist -- Sell leisure guest accommodations and packages for the Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa.
Bellperson -- Serving as official greeter of guests/visitors; serving as official escort of guests/visitors throughout areas of the property and luggage handling.
Guest Services Representative --
Ensuring 100% satisfaction from the moment a guest arrives at the hotel until they check out. Anticipate a guest's needs before they even know what they want. Assist guests with all aspects of their stay.
Concierge--The Concierge acts as an "ambassador" of the hotel by providing special assistance and information to our guests.
SPA, SPORTS & WELLNESS CENTER
Lead Woman Sanctuary Attendant -- Oversee the operation of the women’s sanctuary area.
Men Sanctuary Attendant -- Oversee the operation of the men's sanctuary area.
Esthetician -- Perform skin services. Current license in esthetics.
Cosmetologist/Nail Tech -- Perform hair, manicure, pedicure, make up and waxing services. Current license in cosmetology/esthetics.
Massage Therapist --
Perform body treatment services. Nationally Certified.
