The innovative menu includes specialties like Grilled Portabello Brushcetta and Coriander Crusted Pork Chop, as well as traditional favorites including Pan Seared Salmon and Rack of Lamb.  A Certified Angus Steak menu is featured each evening with select choice cuts of beef as well as nightly specials. Since 1996, our wine list has been the annual recipient of the prestigious Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.  With over 650 bountiful bottles from 10 countries, Winfield's cellar is one of the most original and extensive in Vermont. Over 50 wines are served by the glass offering customers the rare opportunity to discover and compare wines from around the world without having to purchase entire bottles. Two ounce tastings are available, as well.
