One General Session Meeting Space
set to your specifications with ergonomically designed chairs, hard writing surface tables with a minimum width of 24”, 8-1/2” x 11” ruled pads, pens, ice water, candies and a meeting supply station. Your conference rooms are reserved on a 24 hour basis.
Standard Audio/Visual Equipment
will include overhead projector, 35mm slide projector, screen, easels with flipcharts, audio cassette player/recorder lectern, microphone, VCR and monitor.
